  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

New Provisions

1. Purchase of Services and Subscription Plans  

Users of the Service may have the ability to purchase specific plumbing services offered by the Company. Additionally, users may purchase a subscription plan, which may include ongoing services or benefits offered by the Company. All purchases are subject to the pricing, terms, and conditions set forth at the time of the transaction.

2. Feedback and Suggestions  

By submitting feedback, suggestions, or other materials related to the Service or the Company, You agree that We are free to use such feedback and suggestions in any manner, including for commercial purposes, without compensation or credit to You. All feedback and suggestions become the property of the Company.

3. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes  

The Company may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes from time to time. These activities will be subject to their own set of terms and conditions, which will be made available to participants. By entering into such promotions, You agree to comply with the relevant terms.

4. Warranty on Services  

All work performed by the Company is warrantied for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. If any issues arise related to the work performed, You must notify the Company within this 90-day period to request warranty service. Requests for warranty service made after this period may not be honored.

5. Free estimates  

The Company offers free estimates for residential and commercial work to clients who are genuinely seeking services to be performed. However, these estimates are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the course of work and repairs. Free estimates are provided as a courtesy for potential jobs and are not extended to individuals attempting to bypass standard paid services or assessments. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility for free estimates on a case-by-case basis.

SMS and Email Communications  

By opting in, users may receive SMS and email communications from the Company. These communications may include promotional content, reminders, payment requests, and feedback requests. By using the Service, You agree to the following terms for SMS and email communications:

Cooper D Plumbing, LLC Communications

Cooper D Plumbing, LLC is a plumbing company that offers commercial and residential plumbing services. Upon opting in, messages sent to clients in the form of SMS or Email may include but are not limited to promotional offers, reminders, requests for payment, and requests for feedback.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to the text message. Upon sending "STOP," We will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as You did initially, and We will resume sending SMS messages to You.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Termination

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of the Service.
