How it all started.

Hello there, it all began in 1982 when I applied for apprenticeship training at the Plumbers and Pipefitters training facility. I was accepted into the program that fall and began on-the-job training and school twice a week for four years. I received my journeyman plumbers license in the fall of ‘85 and graduated in June of ‘86 after successfully passing the Texas State Board Plumbing exam. 

I joined the United States Navy in September ‘86 for four years and became a Hull Technician 2nd Class. I spent 3 and a half years on the USS Biddle CG-34 as a shipboard plumber and pipefitter.

When I left the Navy with an honorable discharge in ‘90, I began working for Three D Services. I Applied to take the Texas Master plumbers exam and received my Master plumbing license in 1993.

In 1999, I went on to become the in-house Master plumber for the First Baptist church of Dallas. I have gained good commercial plumbing experience working for the church and various companies.

In addition, I have vast residential plumbing experience I gained through the years working for myself after regular working hours. 

September 2020, I started a plumbing company, Cooper D Plumbing, LLC. Focusing on, but not limited to, residential plumbing service, renovation, commercial plumbing and installation, and insurance repair. I enjoy and take pride in the work I do.
